What can hypnotherapy help with?

Hypnotherapy is perhaps best known for helping us break unwanted habits like smoking or resolving emotional problems like anxiety, lack of confidence, fears and phobias.
But we can go further. Our mental state can also have a profound direct influence on the severity of physical conditions such as IBS, chronic cough and chronic pain. As we acknowledge the mind-body connection and the possibility that physical conditions can be made worse by our emotional state, it opens up new approaches to managing our physical symptoms.
