Unhealthy Drinking Habits

A lot of us can end up drinking too much. Our consumption increases over time. We may enjoy drinking, just not this much.

One drink turns to two and before we know it we've finished the bottle or the pack of beer. If we're drinking with others then we may even encourage each other, we might hear ourselves saying "Shall we open another?"

We promise ourselves we can go without, and indeed we can at times, so we know it's not a physical addiction but yet we can find ourselves struggling to reduce our drinking to a healthier level.
